How long does shipping take?

We use Australia Post to deliver our parcels to AUS and NZ.

Shipping within AUS takes between 1-5 business days, while 5-10 business days in NZ.

Shipping timeframes to all other countries will be subject to timeframes managed by your local courier.

Can I change my delivery address or cancel my order?

If you wish to change your delivery address prior to dispatch, please inform us as soon as possible otherwise we unfortunately cannot cancel your order or change your address once your parcel has been dispatched. We encourage you to always double-check your address before placing your order. If you wish to cancel your order after it has been dispatched you will need to wait for it to reach you to then either reject delivery or return your order back to us for a refund.

Please note: there may be additional shipping costs for any returns made.

I have placed an order however I haven’t received order confirmation?

Please check your junk / spam folder and ensure you have entered a valid email address. Let us know right away at hello@sundaynightin.com if you believe you have given any incorrect details.

Will I break out after using the Masqué?

The ingredients in our HydraJelly Masqué detoxifies the skin to draw out impurities from beneath the skin's surface. You may find your skin breaks out a little after use because of this.
Don't panic!
This is your skin detoxifying and the HydraJelly Masqué doing it's job.

How do I remove the masqué?

Once you have peeled off the masqué, we recommend going over the area with a damp, warm towel to remove any excess. Then you want to apply your favourite moisturiser to ensure your skin remains hydrated.
